Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Overview
We create and deliver non-tangible digital content (audio programs, printable resources) and subscription access. Because files and access are delivered instantly, returns of “goods” don’t apply. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations are available.

What this covers

  • One-time digital purchases (audio packs, printables).

  • Subscription plans (including 7-day free trial if offered).

  • Purchases made on our website/funnel.

  • If you bought via app stores (Apple/Google) — when available — refunds must follow each store’s rules and be requested there. We can’t issue those directly.

Free trial & cancellations

  • Free trial (7 days): You won’t be charged if you cancel before day 7.

  • Auto-charge: Billing starts on day 8 (WIB/UTC+7) and renews each period until you cancel.

  • Cancel anytime: Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund past charges unless eligible below.

  • One trial only: One free trial per household/payment method/device. We may decline additional trials.
  • Paid trials (if offered): Non-refundable except for duplicate payments or unresolved technical issues.
  • Time windows: Day counts (trial day 7; refund window below) are calculated from the purchase/renewal timestamp (WIB/UTC+7).

Refund eligibility (website purchases)
We’ll consider refunds within 7 days of purchase/renewal if any of the below apply:

  • Technical issues prevented reasonable use and our Support can’t resolve within a reasonable time.

  • Duplicate payment or accidental multiple purchase of the same item.

  • Accidental renewal: you didn’t intend to renew and didn’t use the service after renewal (no significant playback/download).

  • Misrepresentation: the product/access delivered is materially different from the description.

Unauthorized payments: please contact your bank/card issuer first. We’ll cooperate on documentation.

Non-refundable

  • Change of mind after download/consumption.

  • Significant usage after renewal (e.g., streaming multiple tracks, bulk downloads).

  • Items labeled “non-refundable” (discounted/bonus).

  • Taxes and third-party processing fees, except where required by law.
  • Proration: we don’t prorate partial billing periods.
  • App-store purchases — request via the respective store.
How to request a refund
Email Support with:

  • Order ID, purchase email, and date/time

  • Product/plan name

  • Reason (and error screenshots for technical issues)

We may request device/OS details and access logs (playback/download events) to diagnose.

Processing

  • If approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method.

  • Banks and payment gateways typically take 5–14 business days to post funds.

  • For partial refunds (e.g., duplicate items), we’ll confirm amounts before processing.

  • Refunded orders may result in access revocation to related content.

Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unresolved disputes filed as chargebacks may delay resolution and could restrict future access. We may close or limit accounts to prevent abuse.

Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. The latest version will always appear at this URL.
