Child Safety — parent-directed
Our stance
Sorajiva is parent-directed. Accounts are created and managed by adults (18+)—parents or caregivers. Children may co-listen/co-watch only under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of digital consent in their region.
Sorajiva is not medical or therapeutic advice. If you believe a child is at risk, contact local authorities immediately.
What we do to keep kids safe
No public chat or user-to-user messaging.
No targeted ads or interest-based profiling.
Adult-only accounts; no child logins, no child profiles.
Minimal analytics, aggregate reporting; no precise geolocation.
Parent affirmation (18+) during sign-up/checkout.
Clear labeling for adults (Rest • Routines • Moments Together) so parents can choose age-appropriate sessions without creating a child profile.
Children’s data
We don’t request or maintain personal data about children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, email privacy@sorajiva.com and we’ll remove it.
(Future-proof) If we ever offer features that collect, use, or disclose children’s personal data, we will first update this page and obtain verifiable parental consent (VPC) and apply child-specific safeguards.
Parents’ rights
Parents/caregivers can manage access, downloads, notifications, and cancel at any time from their adult account. You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold via privacy@sorajiva.com

Third-party services we use
We use processors for hosting/CDN, payments, analytics, and email. We contractually require them to protect data and we disable ads personalization.
