Sorajiva is a parent-directed, audio-first, screen-light service for families. Accounts are created and managed by adults (parents/caregivers).
Scope
This policy covers our website, funnel/checkout, emails, and any logged-in areas operated by us.
Data we collect
You provide: name, email (when you sign up or contact us); account and purchase details if you buy a plan; your preferences (e.g., language).
Usage data: device info, pages viewed, clicks, and cookies (via analytics—see Cookies).
Support: messages you send us (and any info you choose to include).
- Payments: we receive transaction metadata from our payment processors (amount, status, timestamp). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it (purposes)
To provide the service (accounts, access/entitlements, receipts).
To send launch updates, early-access invitations, and service emails you request or allow.
To analyze and improve performance and reliability.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract: to create/manage your account and deliver paid access.
