Operator/Data controller: PT Ferworks Studio Origin (“Sorajiva”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing Sorajiva, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Sorajiva is a parent-directed, audio-first, screen-light service for families.
Adult-only accounts: Accounts may only be created and managed by adults 18+ (parents/caregivers).
Children may co-listen/co-watch only under adult supervision. Children must not create accounts or provide personal data. See our Privacy Policy and Child Safety page.
Your license & permitted use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to access our service and content.
You must not: share login beyond your household, copy/rip/record streams, redistribute files, publicly perform/broadcast, resell, scrape, decompile, or circumvent security/DRM.
Subscriptions, free trials & billing
Some plans include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before day 7 (WIB), you authorize us to auto-charge on day 8 and on each renewal period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund past charges unless our Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice; applicable taxes may apply. If a payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend access until resolved.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. In short: eligible in limited cases (e.g., duplicate, unresolved technical issues, accidental renewal without use) within the stated window; app-store purchases must be handled via the respective store.
App-store purchases (when available)
If you purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play, the store’s terms and refund rules apply. We cannot issue refunds for those purchases directly.
Privacy
Your use of Sorajiva is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Wellness disclaimer (not medical advice)
Content is for general well-being and family routines. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for professional care.
Third-party services
We use trusted processors (hosting/CDN, payments, analytics, email). We are not responsible for their services beyond what the law requires.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or misuse. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription at any time.
Changes to the service or Terms
We may update the service and these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless consumer law in your region requires otherwise.
